Quick guide about the /write command.
1. What is AI?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a branch of computer science dedicated to creating systems capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as understanding natural language, recognizing patterns, solving problems, and making decisions.
2. How To use /write
Go to a text channel on your server and type the slash command /write or your servers' prefix (e.g. !write).
Next, type the question or request you would like the AI to reply to. For example, you can type /write Write a short poem about a lost pigeon and the command will reply with an “authentic” poem. Alternatively, you can ask for math or any other questions you would ask on a Search Engine (aka Google/Yahoo/Etc).
Note: You can use it with the default MEE6 or with a Custom Bot, where AI Personal subscribers can use the slash command in the Default MEE6 DM!
3. Can Anyone use /write?
Yes, all users have 10 free /write command prompts for their Discord accounts every 30 days, across all servers.
However, if you would like to unlock more prompts, you can visit https://mee6.xyz/ai to purchase the subscription that suits you best (Personal or Server-Wide option).
4. Updating Permissions
You can restrict the AI command usage or even prevent your server members from using it.
Removing Prefix Commands usage
- Go to your server settings on Discord.
- Go to AutoMod.
- Add a new Custom Keyword Rule.
- Add !write and set it to Block message.
Changing Slash Commands permission
To change the permissions, or completely disable the /write command, you have to go to your Server Settings -> Integrations -> MEE6 (or your Custom Bot) -> Search for the /write command -> From here you can edit the command permissions.
The same instructions for updating permissions, above, can be applied to the /imagine command permissions.
